For over 75 years, the BYC Raiders have been more than just a youth sports program; we are a family, and a community-driven non-profit organization dedicated to shaping the future of York County's youth. Our mission goes beyond winning championships—our primary focus is to provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment where young people can grow, learn, and thrive through athletics.

Through sports, we instill values of discipline, self-esteem, physical fitness, perseverance, sportsmanship, and, above all, education. With the guidance of our trained, dedicated, and experienced leaders, we strive to positively influence the lives of our participants while offering them a haven where they can feel supported and empowered.
Our commitment to safety and growth has led us to prioritize upgrading protective equipment for our players. As we look to the future, we aim to enhance our training resources and uniforms, ensuring our youth have the tools they need to succeed on and off the field.
